AwardIQ is an automated award compliance engine with an AI assistant. We help businesses, accountants, and payroll teams analyse payroll data against Australian Modern Awards.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

3. Sensitive information — important restriction

AwardIQ is not designed to collect or store sensitive personal information.

You must not upload:

  • Tax File Numbers (TFNs)
  • Dates of birth
  • Residential addresses
  • Bank account details
  • Superannuation member numbers

If such information is uploaded:

  • We may delete it without notice
  • We are not responsible for its handling

  • Perform award compliance analysis
  • Run deterministic payroll rule calculations

AwardIQ includes an AI assistant.

  • All compliance calculations are performed using a deterministic rules engine
  • AI does not make legal, payroll, or compliance decisions
